職務說明

Hiring
1. Confirm budget info. (e.g. H/C, funding source)
2. Position discussion (JD, background, other internal concern, etc.)
3. JD posting, update, and close
4. Monthly recruiting newsletter
5. Hiring process coordination between agency & hiring manager (e.g. salary benchmark & offer confirmation)
6. Interview arrangement

On boarding
1. Contractor data tracking file
2. On boarding pre-work check list to hiring manager & Dept. AA (Headtrax set up, seat arrangement, laptop, etc.)
3. Alias application support
4. Ad hoc support about on boarding

Monthly Payroll Administration
1. Contractor monthly payroll & expense verification (check payroll information, Award list, and T&E)
2. Prepare Payment request
3. Contractor cost booking (contractor cost reporting & monthly accrual)
4. RBI/CBI payout calculation
5. Send notice to contractor & line manager with expense report audit failure

Contractor contract renewal / non-renewal process & budgeting, contractor departure (including early termination) administration, and other administration support related to contractor

Monthly Report to support P&L
1. Contractor cost report (actual & forecasting)
2. Contractor funding tracking report
3. Ad hoc request (eg. Contractor T&E drill down)
4. Ad Hoc report
