Product Quality Assurance Manager

職務說明

Job Description 
As a PQA (Product Quality Assurance) Manager, you will be responsible for leading a quality team, innovating and building effective processes/systems that the Back End Network can utilize to align the focus on improving top product quality issues for our site. You will also be responsible for the in-line process controls, outgoing product quality, Customer returns management as well as overseeing Back End deviation management activities for the site.

Responsibilities and Tasks 
 Manage strategic site PQA responsibilities 
1. Drive site focus on improving performance variation and deviations that impact product quality 
2. Work with Corporate QRA, Product Engineering and Central Teams to understand key customer quality issues and drive these issues to resolution within the site 
3. Support Product/Process Qualification 
4. Maintain lot disposition specification, drive for global alignment and ensure site compliance 
5. Set up systems to ensure timely and effective detection of deviation 
6. Drive for continuous improvement in quality metrics 
7. Develop strong relationships with Corporate QRA, Product Engineering and Central Teams to improve business process performance 
8. Show dedication in meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
9. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect 
 Manage and Lead Quality Team 
1. Advocate Quality culture 
2. Develop, mentor and lead TMs 
3. Build a site product quality assurance team that will drive to zero deviations from product requirements 
4. Participate in efforts related to alignment and collaboration of Quality organizations in the Back end network 
5. Work with all sites and business partners to establish an effective communication system 
6. Provide documented performance management for all direct reports by giving formal and informal feedback, working on a plan jointly to enhance strengths and address weaknesses of reports, and establishing performance plan goals with line of sight to goals, manufacturing initiatives and company strategy 
7. Attract top talent to the group to meet operational objectives 
8. Establish, measure, and drive for goals based results
