- Support the tactical business plans for the team within the strategic context, vision and goals of the organization.
- Lead your team in creating annual joint business development plans for driving growth of our clients brands at the Point-of-Purchase.
- Develop an effective team structure, processes and operational framework to support the implementation of our client’s strategic and joint business development plans.
- Ensure the effective management and achievement of operational objectives in line with financial budgets.
- Drive strong client and customer relationship by obtaining alignment and developing and delivering on mutually established goals through regular engagement.
- Building an inherent Brand Activation Capability in the business.
- Delivering against the businesses strategic agenda, and position the DKSH Smollan business in a favorable position in the market.
• At least 10 years sales and marketing experience that provideds a broad range of Point-of Purchase services, inckduing client and operational management of Activation terms.
• Distribution channel and account management skills
• Product and application experience in the sealant or adhesive, international company working background is preferred.
• Fluent English skill both written and speaking
